Creamy Garlic Steak

Serves: 2

Cooking time: Approximately 15 minutes

* In a large non-stick frying pan, heat 15 ml (1tbsp) oil and fry 2 lean beef or lamb grilling/ frying steaks or 4 lamb chops

* Add to the pan 50g (2oz) soft garlic-and-herb cream cheese and 90ml (6tbsp) semi skimmed milk. Heat gently for approximately 1 minute.

* Serve with boiled new potatoes and steamed leeks.
