Curry

Cooking Time Approximately 10 Minutes

In a large non-stick frying pan or saucepan,
fry 225g (80oz) lean beef or lamb grilling/frying
steaks cut into stirfry strips in 5 ml (1
tsp) oil for 2-3 minutes or until browned.

Add 400g can chopped tomatoes and 30 ml (2
tsp) medium curry paste. Bring to the boil
and simmer for 3-4 minutes. * Serve on a pile
of poppadoms with boiled rice.
